Diagnosis ke liye sleep study hoti hai—ya toh lab me, ya kabhi-kabhi home kit se. Treatment options me lifestyle changes (weight loss, alcohol cut, position change), CPAP machine (continuous positive airway pressure), dental devices, ya rare cases me surgery consider ki ja sakti hai.
Agar koi partner tumhe baar-baar bol raha hai ki tum sote waqt “saans atak jaisi” lagti hai, use lightly mat lo. Ye un cases me se hai jahan early action future ke bohot bade problems prevent kar sakta hai.
